The room was a great size. I enjoyed having a living, dining room, & full kitchen. We didnt cook, but having room for beverages, snacks, & left overs was a major plus. The valet staff was Always pleasant and helpful, but parking was expensive ($58 per night). The property is well kept. You also need a key to use the elevator which made us feel very safe that only occupants could enter. They did not have any cleaning services the whole 5 days which was the only odd thing. However, they had plenty of towels and offered to bring sheets and towels upon request. Lastly, the location is central to alot of popular location. Overall, I would come back again.

Parking stinks. Parked at "Shops around Lenox". Shopped here and at the mall. They booted my vehicle and then charged me $75 to remove boot even though I shopped there. So DO NOT Shop at "Shops around Lenox" it is a scam.
