The staff was very courteous! From the front desk to the man who made the omelets - all were very helpful and nice! We had one situation where only 1 of our beds was made up in our room one day. Other than that we had no issues! We were there for market at AmericasMart and were also so happy to discover there was a shuttle taking people to and from the market! We will for sure be back in June!!

We love the location and the rooms . The staff is great. The only problem is the mattress and pillows are horrible. We also were unlucky enough to have both TVs unusable for our 3 day stay. Front desk offered to fix it for 2 days to no avail. Despite all that we will use their accommodations again.

Amazing stay every time. They are so accommodating and generous the whole staff from front desk to clean up. They also have complimentary drinks happy hour 5:30-7 and complimentary continental breakfast. Fresh omelettes. I stay here every time I visit ATL. Every thing is close.
