「Der Aufenthalt war leider sehr enttäuschend. Wir konnten erst drei Stunden nach der normalen Check-in-Zeit einchecken, weil wir trotz mehrfacher Nachfragen keinerlei Informationen vom Gastgeber erhalten haben. Uns wurde dabei auch nicht entgegengekommen oder eine Lösung angeboten. Für den Preis war die Unterkunft absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. Es fehlten sogar grundlegende Dinge wie Seife. Insgesamt sehr schlechter Service und kein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen. Ein Stern.」

「Die Lage des Häuschens ist fantastisch. Mitten im Grünen und dennoch mit bestem Anschluss an Köln. Auch Bergisch Gladbach hat einiges zu bieten. "初めてのケルン滞在に利用しました。 大聖堂はもとより、ラインリバーサイドも近い、駅、繁華街、美術館、が近くにあり便利な立地条件。 真夜中のチェックインでもスタッフの対応がとても感じ良く、疲れが軽減した感じに。 お部屋も良い眺めにしてくれたり、センスも使い勝手も良くて5日間がいごこち良かったです。 朝食やレストランは利用しませんでしたが、売店が巷のお土産ショップに行かなくても良いくらいに様々に充実した品揃えでした。実際、他に見なかったオシャレな小物や気の利いた物が買えました。もしまたケルンに行く機会が有ればリピートありのホテルです。"
