"Checked in for 2 nights to see a game. Wasn't expecting the top hotel for the price. Had called prior to arriving to ask if the rooms were accessible and wasn't really understood. I received a message shortly after that they were all on one level, so assumed that meant they were. They are NOT. If you are wheelchair bound, this is NOT the place for your stay. I saw one room that could be accessed by a ramp from the parking lot, directly to the door to that one room. The office has a curb with no cutout, all of the rooms are accessed off a sidewalk that has stairs randomly along the length and stairs to the parking lot at random locations. The outside has been updated and looks nice. The room we had looked like it had recently been upgraded in the bathroom and new paint in the room, clean linens on the bed. Sadly, one entire corner of the bedroom was a massive cobweb (at least 2 feet wide). The extra blankets were on a high shelf in the corner close to the cobwebs and they felt "not so clean" so we went without. There were ants coming out of the corners of the grout in the bathroom and all over the bathroom floor, which is white so easy to see... in the bedroom with the grey carpet, impossible to see but obvious when they were on the white sheets and comforter. Found 2 larger silverfish in one of the beds. Disappointed that I just was not impressed with the visit. One positive is that the beds were comfortable, if you could get past the idea of the bugs."

"Section de l’hôtel neuve. Communication avec la réception pauvre. Nous avions 4 chambres et avons tous été chargés en double sur nos cartes de crédit. Nous avons demandé au directeur de nous appeler et ce qu’il n’a jamais fait. Là charge en trop a été crédité la veille de notre départ."

"J,ai vraiment aimé mon séjour. Le personnel est super accueillant et très gentil. J,y retourne très bientôt."

"La chambre était très propre Le stationnement est plutôt étroit si vous avez une camion mais il y a toujours moyen de faire. Pour le reste j'ai passer un très bon séjour (6nuits au total) J'y était pour une formation dans les environs et j'ai pu étudié sans me faire déranger. La place est très tranquille"

"L'hôtel est très bien dans l'ensemble, mais nous avons eu beaucoup de difficulté avec la température de la chambre. Le panneau de contrôle de la température est bloqué de sorte que les clients ne puissent modifier la température de la chambre. À notre arrivée, on gelait dans la chambre. On a dû appeler la réception à 3 reprises avant que qqn puisse enfin régler la bonne température à partir du tableau central. Il est inconcevable que les clients ne puissent régler eux-mêmes la température à leur guise pendant leur séjour. Au final, on est passés de trop froid à trop chaud au beau milieu de la nuit, ce qui a fortement perturbé notre sommeil. Décevant pour le prix payé!!"

"La chambre où on a couché, il n'y avait pas assez de crochets pour mettre nos manteaux et il n'y a pas de garde-robe mais pour 2 soirs c'est correct. Ce qui nous a manqué c'est que c'était impossible d'avoir du réseau avec leur site de l'hôtel. On avait beau cliquer sur O-SUITES, on a fermé-réouvert beaucoup de fois comme on nous l'a suggéré sur nos tablettes et aussi à la réception de l'hôtel mais rien n'a fonctionné. J'ai appelé 2 fois la réception et la 2e fois la dame m'a dit qu'elle demanderait à un technicien mais je n'ai pas eu de suite. Pour cette raison, on ne retournera pas à cet établissement."

"Les chambres sont mal rénovés air climatisé très bruyante on entend les voisins pas de rideaux sombres. J avais l impression de dormir sur les lumières du Simons très décevant"
