This is the first hotel we've stayed in that was super clean. The lobby, room, bathroom was immaculate. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Would stay there again. Close to our venue, Place Bell. The hot part of the breakfast was a pleasant surprise.

The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the bathroom spotless—everything was well-equipped. However, upon arrival, we struggled with heavy luggage; we are in our fifties, and our room was on the second floor with no elevator, yet no one helped us—the same situation occurred upon departure. Otherwise, everything else was wonderful.

The room met our needs to attend a concert at Place Bell. We were able to control the temperature of the room, the beds were comfortable and the shower water pressure was great. The breakfast had a nice variety of choices. The noise in the halls does carry into the rooms.

Rooms were clean but hotel felt wet musty. Breakfast was better than I expected. Staff as breakfast was amazing. But the check in front desk lady was very cold and never smile when we approached her. All four days was at front desk never smiled or made us feel welcome. She was very cold and not friendly. Checkin out I chose to approach a friendly young man that was engaging and friendly. Too expensive for hotel that looks like a motel.

Was very pleased with the location and our room. Staff was very friendly. Room was always made up and clean linen each day. Breakfast was great. Amazing location from many amenities and the Metro station. Stay during Formula 1 race, and the nice package they left for their guests was very thoughtful. Highly recommend hotel. From Ottawa

The room were very clean and comfortable (bed). It was also maintained well by staff. The breakfast was standard complimentary food but presented well - restocked, warm, good. The woman maintaining the breakfast area worked hard to keep everyone's needs met. The only draw back was the lack of speed at the reception. It was thorough however slow and a line accumulated.
