「The room next to us woke us up at 4:30am screaming and cursing at each other. Staff didn’t fix the issue or offer a solution. 」

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable. You can actually set the temperature in the room to any temperature that you like. 「my first initial complaint was the key card for the room didn’t work so myself and my child were waiting to try and get in the door. Had to walk back up to the office to come back and have the manager come reprogram a key while we stood out there and waited once I got in the room. It didn’t smell very clean in the bathroom. 「so, first night - no hot water - complained to the staff - they said boiler was broken - nothing they could do. as I stayed there from 3/5-3/12 I noticed little bugs on the carpet - didn't think much of it on the second day... third day they started ecloding like crazy - complained to the staff, and they only managed to move me to another room the last night -Gross!!!!!! and refused to refund te last two nights!!! just unbelievably bad customer service & attention to guests.」

Family members went down to use the hot tub and noticed leaking water from the roof,as well as mold in the area.working now to get a full refund for my family members one night stay.at time of checkout, two other guest complaining of water in their rooms as well.
