"I had to switch out of my first room because it was dirty into another room not much better. They didn’t come and clean our rooms when we were gone or give us clean towels. We had to call for towels and some other things. This hotel was one of the worst rooms I have stayed at, very unsatisfied!"

"The trains come by every couple hours. Plan on not getting any sleep. Front desk treats third party customers differently. I’m a Hilton gold member and have never been told before I don’t qualify for gold member benefits because I booked with a third party. But the train noise is absolutely terrible."

"room has sink outside the bathroom so imagine when you use the toilet you are contaminating things until you get out of bathroom and wash you hands in front of everyone. Property onsite food is not healthy so be prepared to gain a few pounds.Kids will have a blast though."

"Excellent place with fun amenities. Especially enjoyed the steam room and the sauna. Jacuzzi in room is fun but not ideal for 6'3" people. Staff super nice. Breakfast solid."
