"dont get me wrong the place is perfect! the house and all you need they have it there.the only problem is the customer service when tried calling them they had mentioned that we would need to bring lates, silverware etc.. they said that they only had coffe maker, toaster and blender and wine glasses, but everything else we were suppoed to b ring (for the kitchen) but in realioty they do have everything.its very clean and nice place, cozy beautiful! but the customer service, Jesus christ"

"PROS: Older house with updated appliances/bathrooms and partial view of the private lake. The main benefit is how close it is to Yosemite. We had a lot of fun with the foosball table, although a couple of the guys need to be replaced. Host(Vacasa) was quick to respond to my questions.CONS:I didn't read the listing thoroughly and missed that there is a 50 fee to get into the community. The beds weren't great.The stairs to get to the front door are not lit and have seen better days which made getting in and out a little difficult in the dark and rain. "

"Great location and views. The only negative issue was the two downstairs bedrooms stayed very hot at night even though the air conditioning that’s coming from the wall in the family room didn’t cool it off enough to sleep comfortably."

"The house location is great with lake access and walking distance to beach, cafe, and marina area. The owner was very accommodating and responsive as we had a few issues when we arrived. The house is cozy and a good size but needs a good deep clean and some things fixed. Bring your own coffee and filters none provided. We didn’t put any food in the kitchen/pantry because they hadn’t been emptied out in awhile. It was super hot when we were there so we never turned the AC’s off but we also didn’t turn on the ceiling fans because they were covered in dust. All the bath mats were dirty and no new ones left, and we woke up one morning to ants all over the kitchen counters (and no cleaning supplies). The wrap around deck is perfect to hang out on but also needs some TLC. All of that being said, the house IS on the lake and for the price it was worth it. "

"Great house. Fully equipped with fun lake toys, a hot tub and game room. We were a little disappointed upon arrival. The house was not very clean and we had to rewash almost every pot and pan. Lights were burnt out all over, especially the upstairs master bathroom which makes it kind of dangerous to use the restroom at night. Wish there was one more television. While kids are playing in the game room - it’s the same room as “home theater” so there was no where for someone else to watch a show and relax after a long day in the sun. A great location and really enjoyed the dock. "
