"I booked through Hotels.com. They neglected to say check-in was going to be in the other tower, which was a very far walk from the main tower. Also, I thought I would be able to do the kiosk check-in and apparently that didn’t work because I was not in the right tower. So I waited in a long long line only to find out I was in the wrong place. However, the room and the service was very nice. It just was extremely frustrating. "

"Affordable, needs better housekeepers, 4 stays in the last month, no shampoo in 3 of those rooms, didn't get full sets of towels without calling after check-in "

"The air conditioner in our room didn’t work well, so sleeping was very uncomfortable. The pool wasn’t open either, so you had to walk another Caesar property for any pool time."

"It wasn’t horrible but the bathroom was pretty gross and the shower was clogged. There was a horrible smell throughout the entire property one plus is we had a fridge in our room so we were able to bring extra things for the stay. "

"Front desk agents were super friendly and helpful! Room had dust and pretty beat up furniture. Bed was clean and fairly comfortable. Bathroom had sparse linens and no soap dish for the hand soap. Soap stain in the shower, might have dripped out of the shampoo dispenser. Great artwork on the walls! Room was nicely designed and can't beat the center strip location."
