「Great hotel, entertainment was good. Food was ok but a bit mixed and could be better (some food was served raw from the cooked chefs!). Would we return, YES.」

「目の前がビーチでとても見晴らしが良いです！屋上からは写真スポットもありそのからの眺めも最高です！ 景色を眺めながら歩いて15分くらいでステキなボート風景（セサルマンリケ通り）も楽しめます。 ホテルからセサルマンリケ通りまで夜の20時前頃に通りましたが観光客が歩いていて外灯も明るく治安は問題なかったです。 1月終わりの時期は昼間は日光がさすととても暑く、日が陰ると少し肌寒く、夜になるととても冷えました。 夜はタンクトップと薄手の長袖パーカーだととても寒かったです。 お土産は空港でも買えますがポストカードは私が探した限り見つかりませんでした。 ホテルのフロント前で売っていたランザローテ島のマグネット3€がタイル調のものでとても可愛いです！ ホテルに一泊して朝にチップを置き忘れたら、ハンドタオルとバスマットが置かれてありませんでした。 たまたまかもしれませんが、連泊する際はチップを置いた方が良いかもしれません。」

「It is a perfect location, near beach, restaurants and shops 」

「スタッフの笑顔、一部のスタッフのサービスの良さは素晴らしいです。一方で滞在期間中に、部屋にあるべき備品がそろっていない、人数分の備品がないということが多すぎました。インターネットアクセスはつながるだけましなのかもしれませんが、夜間はほとんどつながらず、送信したはずのメールも実は届いていないということが旅行後わかるなど、当てになりませんでした。食事は満足できますが朝食がありきたり、毎日ほぼ同じメニューでちょっと飽きました。場所柄仕方ないのかもしれませんが、高級リゾートとしては下だと思います。改善してくれたらいいと思う点はたくさんあります。そこそこのバケーションで特に期待しないのであれば快適ですが、ハイクラスのリゾート慣れしている方にはがっかりかもしれません。」

「Perfect position for the area no cabs needed, right on the sea front a little cove for snorkelling about 5 mins walk. Rooms were clean, clean towels daily, breakfast great variety, dinner buffet only a few times as ate out in local restaurants, so would have liked option of lunch or dinner which would have been worth more to us, will defo be back. 」

Desayuno con mucha fruta fresca, lo que es de agradecer, también otras opciones como pan recién horneado, cereales, yogures, croasan, tortilla, embutido, queso, etc. Personal muy agradable, tanto en el check in como en el desayuno. Si volvemos a Lanzarote seguro que volvemos a pasar un par de días en Casa de Hilario 」

「Hemos estado en familia durante una semana y la experiencia ha sido estupenda. El servicio majísimo, el restaurante con gran variedad (mi mujer es celiaca y el tema de los alérgenos lo controlan bien), las piscinas climatizadas una gozada y el personal de entretenimiento una maravilla (¡gracias Ariadna y Sergi, entre otros!). La playa está a escasos cien metros.」

「I stated AI with my sister for a relaxing weekend. The rooms were spotless, with daily cleaning service. Breakfast was the standout meal with lots of choice and nice juices. We received a complimentary two-hour spa entry, which was a great perk. If you're not all-inclusive, it’s well worth the €11 entry fee, as the spa offers a sauna, steam room, bubble jets etc. both inside and out pool. 「Staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were all clean and in order. There's two pools, with the one closer to reception being considerably warmer than the other and being where most of the hotels activities took place. Had booked this up quite late, so really wasn't expecting much, but I'm happy to say that I was pleasantly surprised and I'd definitely book up here again.」

「チェックインの時間より早く着いたのですが、スタッフさんがとても優しく共有スペースのソファーで休んでいてもいいよと促してくれました。共有キッチンでお茶やコーヒーを飲めることを教えてくれたり、こちらが何も言わなくてもWi-Fiパスワードを渡してくれたりと、至れり尽くせりで、おかげさまでチェックインの時間までゆっくりくつろいで待つことができました。 部屋はダブルのバス付きをシングルユースで選びました。 コンパクトなお部屋ですが、3階だったので眺めのいい共有バルコニーがあって居心地が良かったです。クローゼットにハンガーがたくさんあったので洗濯ものを干す時助かりました。 小さな宿ですが、スタッフさんは皆優しくて感じが良く、特に女性スタッフさんは私の名前をすぐに覚えてくれて呼んで下さったことが嬉しかったです。 アットホームで気楽な宿なのでエレベーターがないとか、防音とか細かいことが気になる人にはおすすめしません。 私にとっては、立地も値段も雰囲気も良く楽しい滞在でした。」
