"The place showed that the owner took a lot of effort to create a theme throughout the house.. It was surprising to open the closet door and see a stuffed tiger looking at you and an elephant table. As for what could be improved - pillows too smelly and very flat - towels in linen closet were not even folded or smelled clean, kitchen needs more dish cloths and dish towels, second bathroom needs towel under the cabinet to use, kitchen cupboards could be empty more for groceries, have cleaning supplies for the bathrooms you want the tenants to use, second tv more options to watch , free golf cart to use, and Air fresheners. It was a convenience for walking to the park and having the Newcomers book to locate and learn about things in the Villages. We did not have water for most of a day and it was a huge inconvenience . I had to go through many phone calls to determine the cause and when it would come back on. Ii left the two papers regarding the information on why it the water was off and a second paper about boiling water before drinking the second day.
