Breakfast was very good and fresh. It was replenished often. The room was clean and well stocked. Wish that the smokers weren’t allowed to smoke just outside the front doors. Not pleasant to have to walk through their smoke and there were many cigarette butts thrown on the ground. Pet friendly which is great except when the dog barks all day while the owner is away

Great location very close to Spanish Springs town square. Staff was awesome, breakfast was good with great service from Gretchen! Rooms are spacious. Only down side was you could hear TV in next room during the night. All in all highly recommend!

Arrived late and had no problem getting checked in. We had a clogged bathroom sink , it was fixed in no time and never encountered another problem with our suite. Great amenities (complimentary breakfast) look forward to coming back in the future

Furniture could use updating, the couch in my room looked like the cat clawed it. Mattress felt old and worn. Fixtures in the shower were hard to negotiate for proper temperature for a warm shower, not scalding hot. A/C was not very good at keeping the humidity down, room felt like a sauna when we first got there. Room also had a musty smell when you would come back in. That being said, the staff was very nice, polite and helpful.
