「Great location home was just what we needed」

「Our month-long stay was super. From our booking to check-in to our exit everything in between was great and well thought out. Our host worked very well with us in a very timely manner. Great communication.The property is in a nice quiet neighborhood on the golf course with access to three pools very close. Sitting in the back porch we experienced golfers on a daily basis. The sand trip made for some interesting observations as well as enjoying the beautiful sunsets.The home is very nice...

「This home is very pleasant. We walked in to a very well kept, clean home. Without issues of entering the property. The location was perfect. Very spacious and well thought out. Enjoyed our stay and can not wait to visit again. 」

「While the house itself was clean, I found the dishes greasy and cutlery dirty. The towels and wash cloths were stained. I've stayed in other VRBO propertys and never had this problem. I was also expected to wash as much of my linens as possible, before checkout. No supplies were left for my use. Also, I have never gone through a Real estate company before while using VRBO, and thought this odd.The Villa was conveniently located to my friends home, so the golf cart was an easy form of...

「The home was newly furnished and very clean. The owners thought of every need. The golf cart was new and very fun. The location was very convenient to many restaurants and Walmart.」

「Check in instructions did not exist - bedroom TV was not working nor was kitchen disposal - these were quickly fixed. Grill and lanai furniture could be updated. When arrived thorn bushes over ran the patio area - had to cut them down for safety purposes - something that easily could have been seen and addressed prior to arrival. Thks」

「The home was very comfortable. We arrived early and the host let us check in at 10:00 am instead of 4:00 pm. The beds and pillows super comfy. Plenty of towels and everything needed in the kitchen was available. The use of the gas grill, an added bonus since so many places do not allow grill usage. The golf cart was great as well. I highly recommend this home.」

「Excellent property in The Villages. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. We chose the property for location. We were there to surprise our mother for her 80th Birthday. The property was very close to where our parents live in Liberty Park. We will definitely look at this property again when visiting our parents.The only addition we would add is a gas can to fill gas golf cart. We were able to use our parents but one on property would make filling it easier.」
