Good view on the city may compensate above issues. I would come back but this time only on top floor.」

「This place is a 5-star hotel. It's a true boutique hotel. It is very quiet, very private, but you have access to everything. The view from the hilltop outside of the property is simply amazing. The food is excellent, fresh, and made on spot 24/7. The wifi is fast, so you can do your business just fine. It is a gated property so it's very safe. The staff is the friendliest staff you can ever encounter on your trips. They make you feel at home and are ready to provide anything you need. I could...

「I was really disappointed that not once did anyone ask how my stay was. To add to that they only provided me with one towel the entire time I was there and never offered extra towels. The beddings were the same the entire time and when I asked for fresh ones, they said they don’t do that. The day I checked out, no one was there to check me out and it was very confusing who to lay the final bill to. Overall I was really disappointed with the customer service and lack of care for the guests. 」
