「We stayed 5 nights at this hotel. Had dinner there every night. It was such a Good stay. Best in Kampala. Clean, safe, brilliant food, friendly staff. Location I don’t know How Good it is. But it all depends where you’re going. Good to avoid traffic in downtown Kampala. If chef Onyango Godfrey is on - Get the Tikka Masala. One of the best I’ve ever had. And I love indian food. 」

「Hardly anything I liked, the bed was so hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. They were not even aware of my booking. Terrible 😔」

「I arrived at 4am to be given a room with no hot water. I even paid extra for that early check-in only to be disappointed. I asked several times to be moved to another room and they refused. There was no hot water for 24hrs in my room. It was the most appalling experience as I had a tour at 9am that same day I arrived.The hotel is located in a part of town where you can people preaching in the middle of the night. If you're a light sleeper, its not worth it. 」

「Staff was less than helpful to say the least. I asked for help getting a taxi and they got a thief to drive me to my destination who charge me four times the rate simply because I was a foreigner. Every interaction I had with the young clerk was unprofessional as she had a sly smirk on her face each time I asked a question or asked for help as if I was asking something stupid.
