「Beautiful, sparkling clean, an oasis! We had the deluxe suite with window so tons of space. It was quiet, very comfortable, and had all the amenities. Spacious shower with hot hot water ( and a shower curtain! Yay dry floor) also beside tables with lights And plugs, things you miss at other places. The breakfast was wonderful with many savory choices as well as yogurt, cereal, fruit, and many juices. The location was very convenient and the staff was very nice. It was a treat to stay here」

「Tolle Option nahe Flughafen. Checkin mitten in der Nacht war prima, sogar noch Drinks verfügbar. Zimmer (Suite) war sehr großzügig mit Sicht auf den See und botanischen Garten. Bad ist riesig, alles sehr komfortabel und sauber 」

「Quiet and serene environment」

「ウガンダに居るのを忘れさせてくれるくらいのサービスの良さ。ジムを利用したが、ジムのスタッフたちが何人かジムのテレビの前でサッカーを見ていたのが気になった。他にお客さんがいるのに、平気で椅子に座ってみていた。大晦日だったので、庭でコンサートをしており、騒音で眠れなかった。エアコンがもう少し、効くといい。」

「Lovely hotel. Very clean. Excellent service. Staff really helped us out with a few things. Free baby cot which was very comfortable. Room was very clean. Lots of water bottles. My only problem was no shampoo… a minor detail though. Food was delicious. The buffet breakfast had dishes that were different - not the same every day which was great. And for bacon lovers…. they have bacon cooked perfectly!! 」

「ホテルの部屋が幾棟にも分かれているので、運動不足の解消にはなるが、スコールがある季節は傘をさしても濡れてしまうので、繁忙期でないのであれば、顧客の利便性とホテルの運営コストを考えて、遠い棟の使用をやめた方が良いと思う。あちこちに守衛がいるので安全なのだろうが監視されている気にもなるのでもう少し考えてほしい。」

The apartments exceeded our expectations, and from that moment, we couldn’t wait for our reservation. When we finally checked in, the experience over our 5-night stay was exceptional.
