「More clarity on payment process 」

「Munyonyo Commonwealth Resort offers a serene escape with stunning views of Lake Victoria. The rooms are spacious and well-kept, providing a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and attentive, though service can be slow during busy times. The food was excellent although, as above, the service could be improved.」

「Hotel was not anywhere near the location your map showed and thus did not serve our needs at all. In fact it was in Ghana although it was supposed to be in Munyonyo. Management knew about this misleading marketing and just laughed at us and did not agree to help us at all. Awful 」

「Had a good experience, the property manager was really accommodating and helpful. Clean and has a generator. Only issue I had was the location, it's not located in munyonyo which was a little misleading. 」
