AFantastic! Nelson greeted me with such warmth and gave me a detailed tour of the facilities. Rosert, who always has a smile on his face at the front desk, was so kind and helpful, just like the other receptionists. The housekeeper girl was incredibly friendly. The location is superb, right next to a wonderful large mall, and very secure.

Wonderful hotel at a terrific price.

This is a fabulous hotel at a great price. My room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. I even enjoyed taking naps on the beautiful couch. I look forward to staying here again.

My stay at Arcadia Suites in Kampala for a total about a week and a half was excellent. Very friendly staff, rooms were comfy, well equipped and very clean, nice gym with a view, excellent restaurant on the rooftop with outstanding included breakfasts. The message communication did not work but I always got a response emailing them. Airport shuttle was competitively priced, extremely clean and no issues.

It was good in general. Clean room and well furnished. Unfortunately the AC unit was very poor. Though it was running all night the temperature never went down. It made the stay a bit unpleasant.

Better than expected for the price.

I really like this hotel. And you can bet anytime I'm in Kampala this is where I'm going to stay. I was so surprised when I saw my room it's so large. Nice clean and very comfortable room. I'm pretty happy with all of the staff. Ronald and Nelson at the front desk we're both very helpful. A very nice selection of food for breakfast And there was always plenty of fresh fruit. Vivian and Stacy staff members in the restaurant always made me feel welcome and comfortable. The location is perfect.

The rooms are good, area is centrally located perfect to go anywhere all shops, movies etc nearby No porter or anyone to help you with your bags when you check in you have to carry the bags yourself, the security guards at the gates are LAZY they behave as if they are actually doing you a favour by opening the entry and exit gates HATED THAT
