「This is a newer hotel so overall it’s clean and looks good. Bad part - when we tried to check in their systems were down so they couldn’t give us key cards and we had to wait for someone to walk us to our room. If we left we had to get them to let us back in. That was fixed the next day. When we got in our room the toilet had a slow leak under the toilet. We called down and were told they have no maintenance people until Monday. This was Friday. 「A beautiful spot in a lush park. The building is charming and the room was clean. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were so unfriendly--kept us waiting for 5 minutes even though no one else was there, did not make eye contact or smile or apologize for the wait--that this inhospitality marred the visit.」

「Great location and good breakfast. The room’s bed are very comfy and new. The fact that it was flooring and not carpet was a great surprise. The water pressure in bathroom was weak. We stayed there on 2 occasions in past month. Would stay again.」

「Did not meet our expectations, for the price expected much more. I would not recommend the Michigan city area for anybody to take a vacation.」
