The entire staff was very nice and helpful with questions or guidance for bus routes, taxi or other area activities/amenities. The location is fantastic! Quiet, clean and easy access to routes for activities that we were using and not a lot on traffic congestion. The front desk and housekeeping staff were amazing! They looked to make our stay comfortable and all was clean. They cared about their work and guests. This hotel exceeded all of our expectations. It was a lovely experience! "

Unfortunately had to drop a star as the re was no way to contact the host prior to 3 days before the stay. They are looking into why they didn’t receive any of my information requests."
