"Outdated rooms need some updating but overall comfortable beds. If you are a smoker make sure you leave the property to smoke or you will get yelled at for smoking outside of the room on property. "

"Standard amenities (shampoo, body wash, cleaning wipes etc.) not provided. 2nd oven did not work. Kitchen utensils, pots/pans very unorganized. Living room couches are not connected, they move apart when sitting on them. Pillows on the dining bench were unsafe for kids. Musty smell in the main area when entering home. "

"Beautiful property almost on the lake with private access. We had the cowboy romance room which is very spacious and comfortable. Great staff, breakfast delivered every morning to each cottage. Excellent deli and market right next to the property with amazing food and drinks. Restaurants nearby and tahoe city 5 min drive. All in all 10/10 property. Wish it was pet friendly. That’s the only downside. "
