Lake George Steamboat Company

We had a good nights stay outside of the fact that the bathtub drain was plugged and the water did not drain so we couldn’t shower.:(. Breakfast was Cold. Not a place I would recommend

This is a basic hotel that’s the definition of mid. The main issue is that the keys don’t work. I checked in and the key doesn’t work to my room. Go back down they give me a new one and it still doesn’t work. On the 3rd time the front desk comes up with me and even they are unable to get into the room. They change my room and give me a key to this room and that didn’t work either. At this point after working 12 hours I’m starting to see red but thankfully on the 5th trip up the elevator I was able to get into my room.
