"A very pleasant hotel with excellent service. Besmir on reception was extremely knowledgeable about the area and very helpful throughout our stay. Good breakfast. No mini-bar but very easy to acquire a beer or drink from reception at good prices. Most rooms have a nice balcony with lake view. Well positioned in the old town area. "

"Amazing location for the old town (cafes, restaurants and boat trips around the lake) also amazing views of the lake at the hotel. The thermal pool is a great facility, the food and wines are beautiful. In particular the staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating. "

"Good points - convenient distance from the town with a bus stop outside, clean, friendly staff, adequate breakfast, nice size bed and air con. But - pool was cold (as expected at the end of the season) ) and although our room had a balcony it’s not really usable as you can’t open the door fully and it is so small there isn’t even a chair on it but I knew that when I booked it. Overall a nice stay. "
