「Sehr sauber und tolle zimmer, Frühstück war sehr gut und ebenso die Auswahl. Personal freundlich und aufmerksam, bekamen glutenfreie Produkte für meine Tochter ohne etwas zu sagen weil sie sahen dass wir glutenfreie Backwaren mitgebracht haben. Die Anfahrt etwas kompliziert da dort jedes hotel in einer Fußgängerzone ist aber es ist machbar.」

「Wurden von Fr. Linda sehr nett am Gardasee empfangen. Hotel ist nicht mit dem Auto erreichbar, da mitten in der Innenstadt. Jedoch ist man in ca 5min zu Fuss bei den Hotelparkplätzen in der Tiefgarage.」

「Amazing location. Everything was just a short walk away, Peschiera, the beach, the supermarket, the lake, bike hire etc. And then a pool to look forward to on our return」

「Great location near lake. You have to go to another hotel for check in/out which was inconvenient with luggage since we were not driving. Dining, grocery, and shopping nearby. Noisy in the evening outside」

「Property was fab! We had the best apartment No 16, it was on two floors. Was a bit dated not quite like the photos on Expedia but very clean. We had a skylight in the bedroom which made it a bit bright when the sun came up. I mentioned it to reception and they immediately offered to move us or try to cover it up. Vanessa was the best, she got maintenance to come straight out to solve the issue by putting some board up. Customer Service was AMAZING!! She couldn’t do enough for us. On my birthday...

「Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The property is AMAZING! Clean and the apartment and facility had everything we needed. Location is unbeatable. Short walk to lake, restaurants and market. Pool on the roof has the most amazing view. This is a very family friendly hotel. My boys loved being here.」
