「Absolutely appalling customer service – missing items completely ignored
Our experience with this hotel has been utterly unacceptable. Items went missing from our hotel room, and we reported the matter to reception as soon as we realised they were missing. Despite bringing this to their attention immediately, absolutely nothing meaningful was done.
