「チェックインの際の対応がとても感じが良かった。最初の印象はとても大事ですね。 部屋は少し古い感じがありましたがレイアウトが合理的で良かったです。 バスタブがあったのが大正解。ゆっくり疲れが取れました。 ただドアのキーは昔ながらのキー。おまけに部屋の中からもキーを使わないとロックできないという レトロ感にむしろ懐かしさを感じました。」

「Absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Bonotto! I stayed on the fourth floor in a room with stunning lake views. The room was very well appointed, with comfortable twin beds, a nice bathroom with shower and a balcony which was a real highlight, offering beautiful views over the town and lake. Breakfast was a continental spread, plentiful and delicious. What sets this hotel apart is the wonderful staff. Throughout our stay, the staff went out of their way to help – arranging taxis & giving advice...

「Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Personal war ausgesprochen nett und zuvorkommend. Check in und check out sehr unkompliziert! Das Frühstück war ausreichend und es war alles vorhanden, was man sich wünscht. Das Zimmer für drei Personen war wirklich in Ordnung – sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls spitze, perfekt für unsere Unternehmungen. Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!」

「Good breakfast with lake view and the staff in the restaurant did the good job every morning with smile. Room was a bit dated and the bed was not comfortable at all for the hotel with 3 stars. Good part was, the air conditioner could turn on all the time though the switch looks broken. What gave us a very bad impression on this hotel was the receptionistas. Maybe they don't want to make the customer happy or have no clue how to host the guests nicely. Really disappointed. Although the hotel was...

「Staff was great and helpful. The room was clean. Only « issue » is that the bed was split into 2 twin beds which made it hard to cuddle. Definitely worth spending some time there with the pool and a short walk to the waterfront!」

「War alles super, besser als nach dem Preis wir erwartet haben! Die Zimmer war neurenowiert und sauber, Die Klima war aber bisschen zu laut, die Duschkabine zu klein, aber mit das kann man noch leben. Das Frühstück war super, die Zwei Pools auch schön und sauber! Die Kaffee war mega! Ok, wir waren im Italien, aber trotzdem, im Hotel hat man nicht unbedingt gutes Kaffee, hier aber... Siebträger Maschine, mit gutes Espresso, gutes Cappuccino, und war auch günstig.」

「Frühstücksbuffet war wirklich spitze. Es fehlte an nichts. Leider war der Pool nicht beheizt und dementsprechend kalt im Juni. Auch die Reinigung des Pools war nicht optimal. Deshalb haben wir ihn nicht genutzt. Sonst war aber alles prima 😊」
