「Location of the hotel was good and is close to the entrance of Silmione. Staffs were all kind and helpful. There is the restaurant in the hotel and we decided to go for the guest dinner menu one night as the price and the menu looked reasonable. But, what the restaurant served was definitely far from the delicious Italian dishes but was just boring and not tasty. One of the dish was cold while it must be warm, which was very disappointed. 「Simply amazing!! Stayed for 3 nights for our wedding anniversary 31/8/17 - 3/9/17. Great location on the lake. On bus route with them running every 30 mins. Beautiful views from balcony. Breakfast was gorgeous and plentiful, including eggs! Hotel manager was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Greeted on arrival and given our own parking space. Maps of towns and lake provided. 「Good points - convenient distance from the town with a bus stop outside, clean, friendly staff, adequate breakfast, nice size bed and air con. But - pool was cold (as expected at the end of the season) ) and although our room had a balcony it’s not really usable as you can’t open the door fully and it is so small there isn’t even a chair on it but I knew that when I booked it.
