「This was the best hotel that I have stayed in I think ever! Truly I have traveled many places and the stellar Ambiance of this hotel cannot be beaten. The breakfast is amazing as everyone else says. To be able to have an omelette each morning it's just wonderful because you end up spending all day out doing things and the protein just keeps you going. The fruit was always fresh the yogurt was the best I've had and of course the pastries were delicious. My favorite part of every morning was one...

「Cafe da manha razoavel. O atendimento do pessoal de frente bem ruim. Atenção: Eles demoram para responder mensagens. Fiquei esperando por 1 hora para chegar um taxi na estacao. Os taxis da cidade sao poucos nao dao conta da demanda. Fiquei na suite junior maravilhosa, uma vista estonteante do lago. Quarto excelente. Super Confortável. 」

「Location of the hotel was good and is close to the entrance of Silmione. Staffs were all kind and helpful. There is the restaurant in the hotel and we decided to go for the guest dinner menu one night as the price and the menu looked reasonable. But, what the restaurant served was definitely far from the delicious Italian dishes but was just boring and not tasty. One of the dish was cold while it must be warm, which was very disappointed. 「チェックインの際の対応がとても感じが良かった。最初の印象はとても大事ですね。 部屋は少し古い感じがありましたがレイアウトが合理的で良かったです。 バスタブがあったのが大正解。ゆっくり疲れが取れました。 ただドアのキーは昔ながらのキー。おまけに部屋の中からもキーを使わないとロックできないという レトロ感にむしろ懐かしさを感じました。」

「Great staff, very welcoming and attentive, they answer any concerns. Room and bathroom very clean. Room with safe and fridge. The breakfast was great, with fresh, hot and healthy options. Coffee was good and fresh fruits, yogurt and cereals. Property in front of a bus stop, so we went to city center, to Arco and visit Trento. We also used the restaurant and has good service and good food. 」
