「Hotel staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to look after us and advise on the local area. The swimming pool was very clean and refreshing. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of food. Very close to the lake and the bus stop was close by which made getting around very accessible if you didn’t have a car. Would definitely stay there again.」

「チェックインの際の対応がとても感じが良かった。最初の印象はとても大事ですね。 部屋は少し古い感じがありましたがレイアウトが合理的で良かったです。 バスタブがあったのが大正解。ゆっくり疲れが取れました。 ただドアのキーは昔ながらのキー。おまけに部屋の中からもキーを使わないとロックできないという レトロ感にむしろ懐かしさを感じました。」

「Frühstücksbuffet war wirklich spitze. Es fehlte an nichts. Leider war der Pool nicht beheizt und dementsprechend kalt im Juni. Auch die Reinigung des Pools war nicht optimal. Deshalb haben wir ihn nicht genutzt. Sonst war aber alles prima 😊」

「The room was clean and comfortable. However, the swimming pool was not open all day and as we were there for one night that was very disappointing . Especially as no mention of this was made at reception the morning as we checked in. The children's playgrounds (3) were also very basic and not much for a 4 year to do when the pool was closed!」

「Good breakfast with lake view and the staff in the restaurant did the good job every morning with smile. Room was a bit dated and the bed was not comfortable at all for the hotel with 3 stars. Good part was, the air conditioner could turn on all the time though the switch looks broken. What gave us a very bad impression on this hotel was the receptionistas. Maybe they don't want to make the customer happy or have no clue how to host the guests nicely. Really disappointed. Although the hotel was...

「Not convenient to go places if you have to take a bus. Or walk. They didn't have a phone inside the rooms. They don't give you extra towels if you want it. Its italy what more can you ask from them?」
