For very large groups (up to 12 guests), a modest per-person fee applies to the 11th and 12th guests. Last-Minute Fees: Bookings within 48 hours of arrival incur a $100 community rush fee.

Visitors: Max of 2 visitors allowed with 24-hour host notice. Parties are strictly prohibited.

No Smoking: No smoking/vaping inside or within 50ft of the home.

This is processed as a temporary hold and is fully released within 14 days of departure, provided no damages occur.
Visit Us Elsewhere: We also host a property in Ocean City, MD. Reach out if you`re heading to the beach!

*Allergy-Friendly/No Pets: This is a strictly pet-free, allergy-friendly home. No pets are permitted.

*Trash Disposal: All trash must be disposed of at the designated community trash site. Never leave trash outside the unit. Trash left behind will result in a $50 removal fee.
