Nestled between rolling hills and Pacific coastline, this upscale community offers pristine beaches and scenic hiking trails at Aliso and Wood Canyons. Spend mornings exploring tide pools at Salt Creek Beach, then enjoy sunset dining at Dana Point Harbor's waterfront restaurants where locals recommend the fresh seafood.
We enjoy our stays at Doryman's. We had the corner beachside room and it was beautiful to look out at the beach and pier. Check-in is easy, there are open, top deck patios to sit and enjoy the sunrise/sunsets. I love that each room looks different. Only drawback is that the parking is across the lot behind a business. But you can park upfront for check-in. We would definitely come back to this gem.

Freda was the most excellent host. My room was clean and very quiet. I loved the small patio outside my door to sit and have breakfast. Her Sunday breakfast was to die for. Perfect location to walk around to shops and restaurants. I will definitely be coming back to stay here.

Amazing location. It was great to wake up to the sound of the waves. My morning routine was to go downstairs and grab a bagel, watch some surfers, grab a beach cruiser and go for a bike ride. Very safe and fun. Thank you to all the staff. You treated us like family. We will be back!
