「We had an amazing stay」

「We had bugs in and out our room」

「Check in is at 3, got there around 2:55. Had to call for staff to come to front desk after waiting at least 10 minutes. She wasn’t very welcoming but work with able. Parking was great. We get to the room and it’s HOT. The air conditioner says 65, so we brought it down to 60. While waiting & getting ready for our night I notice how dirty and poorly cleaned things were. 「It’s a lovely property」

「You could NOT get in touch with the host of the property. I made numerous attempts to contact them via phone and VRBO messaging with ZERO response. The house was very nice, but it was DIRTY! It had not been cleaned. I dont even think the sheets were changed on the beds. The bathrooms were dirty, floors, and beds. There was used cups on the bedside tables and hair in the tubs. 」
