「The condo was as described, small, but had what was needed. The location to the beach was great and just a short bike ride to restaurants and Sea Pines. We would definitely stay here again.」

「Unit was ok but a bit worn. We frequent this complex and this unit was least nice. Bed was great and comfortable but the living room sofas were soiled and unit has unpleasant odor. We cleaned it up and freshened the place. Kitchen is well equipped even though we did no cooking. Great location and the beach is excellent 」

Overall - we liked the property, one thing we must call out is that we did face alot of roaches, but that's more a propertywide issue vs our own rental. 「A fantastic place for a great price! The property was clean, recently updated, and in a perfect spot right near the beach with access to a pool on site. The hosts reached out with all the info we needed to park/check in a few days ahead of time and the whole process was seamless. We really appreciate you making even our short stay so easy so we could just enjoy our time there!」

「We appreciated the beach access and view from the balcony. Just a couple of minor issues keep us from giving a 5 star review. When we arrived Sissy very quickly responded to our call and helped us remove wasps from the balcony. While there, she acknowledged that the sliding glass door was dirty, noting that there had been a heavy rain the day before. Seems like that could have been taken care of before our 4pm checkin. It was messing with our view of the ocean, so we bought some Windex wipes...

The property is connected to the beach, has great resort amenities (pool, gym, connected restaurants), has a free shuttle stop right at the entry, and everything you need in the unit (stove/oven, dishwasher, comfortable eating and living area, covered patio). Would definitely stay here again!」

「Everything about this little gem was fantastic except the parking situation. We were tempted to not leave the complex for fear of not finding a space upon our return. We had to circle several times and hope someone was leaving so a space would become available. Otherwise, a perfect stay!」
