「There was a problem with the bathtub, but it was quickly repaired and it was even more comfortable. As expected, the breakfast was excellent.」

「The AC wasn’t working properly and both showed error in the unit. Also the fridge made a lot of clicking noise all night. I could not get a good night sleep in the heat and with the noise.」

「It was a great place to stay and the customer service gave me quick response, which was really helpful.」

「The staff were very polite and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, and the location—right near the bus stop and the airport—made for a very comfortable stay. I would love to stay here again.」

「Comfortable stay」

「I think the receptionist was very helpful and fast, but the room was in such a half-assed state that I doubt it was ever properly cleaned. First of all, the bed was wrinkled as if someone had just been lying on it, and there were several hairs left on the pillow. Next, one banana-smelling garbage bag was left next to the bed, and another garbage bag was left in the bathroom with its contents showing through. And two bath towels, one already wet and one with dried blood on it. It could have been...

「Spacious rooms that were well designed. I enjoyed using the nice bathrooms. Free parking was a huge plus for young families using car rentals. Next to some good parks.」

「Kylpylä on aivan mielettömän upea!
