Not a hotel, more like a hostel with private room

U11 is not really a hotel at all, and not even close to the 3,5* rating. There are no amenities or services available except for a vending machine. No restaurant or cafe, no sauna or pool as advertised. The rooms are extremely basic without refridgerator, AC or even extra pillows, double bed only have bed/readinglught on one side. I feel I was misslead to book one night at this place as I tought it would be a hotel. The electronic check in requires email adress of all room guests and other information not normally necessary, scanning passports etc. not comfortable with handing this information to whoever receives it and stores under unknown conditions.

The door code for entrance to our room didn't work, and we didn't have any recourse (no number to call listed anywhere, no staff onsite, etc.) Luckily, we were able to use Google Translate and international calling rates to get in eventually, but we weren't thrilled with our stay overall. Getting to the property is even confusing right now, as it's mostly surrounded by construction.

Всё отлично. Особенно хороши виды из окна на море и закат... Рядом с отелем парк Кадриорг с огромным количеством роз, фонтанов. Прелесть!!! Единственное пожелание:смазать дверь в туалете-очнь сильно скрипит.

Itsepalveluhotelli. Hotellin ulko-ovi aukeaa varausvahvistuksessa saatavalla koodilla ja sisäänkirjautuminen hoituu QR-koodilla. Jos ei pelkää tekniikkaa niin konsepti on oikein toimiva. Uusi rakennus ja uutuuttaan kiiltävä huone. Hintalaatusuhde siinä mielessä loistava. Itse valitsin huoneen jossa parveke ja nämä huoneet sijaitsevat yläkerroksissa. Hotelli on mainio valinta jos ei halua yöpyä ytimessä. Kadriorgin puistoon noin 10 min kävely. Bussilla nro 39 pääsee keskustaan ja pysäkki sille viiden minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Hotellin pihalla ilmainen parkkipaikka autolle. Suosittelen!
