A location right outside the Old Town, but all is close and walkable distance like ferry ports, Old Town and many other tourist attractions. The hotel self is well managed in great shape. Check in and out is very straightforward. Highly recommended.

The location is the best thing about this hotel. It is walking distance to Old Town, the ferries and restaurants. However, it is very spartan and no live attendants. Everything is via cell phone which makes things a little bit difficult without a phone.

Easy check in, didn't see a soul working at the hotel the entire time we were there. Machines to check in and out and key card entry to the room. Good location and the breakfast was really nice at the cafe inside the hotel. Rooms were a decent size and bed was comfy. 2 minutes from the tram stop to the airport so perfect. Hadn't realised there was no daily housekeeping and the towels were really thin otherwise all was fine

I had a great experience at Citybox during my weekend in Estonia. The room provided exactly what I needed: a pleasant, modern, and quiet environment to rest after spending the entire day walking around Tallinn. The bathroom was excellent, and everything was spotlessly clean. Furthermore, the value for money is incredible considering the quality of the facilities. I would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable self-service hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Very close to Tallink terminal and 5 minutes into the old city. Baggage drop off was simple, so was check in and check out. Very quiet area - good for a good night’s sleep.
