「I really enjoyed my stay at The Pelican Larry Hostel in Cali. So much so that I extended my stay there twice, to almost three weeks. I stayed in a small private room (shared bathroom) and I found it clean, comfortable, and a great value for money. There are several things I liked:
1. The staff is dedicated, helpful, and very hospitable. The do a great job keeping the place functional and clean.

「It was the first time we stay & the staff is friendly & exceptional service. The only thing the parking is not from the hotel & we pay every 24 hour for parking service but it was cheap. Overall we had a great experience! We stayed for four nights & also the breakfast was delicious. A special thanks to the staff to make my husband birthday very memorable. I will definitely stay again. 」

even though the guest can add the parking to the daily rate, the machine doesn't detect the room key so the driver has to wait for the parking manager to recognize your car and face to let you in or out. 」
「There are numerous Sercotel properties in Colombia,last year I stayed in Bogota Plaza Summit then really satisfied with its quality.
But compared to Bogota Plaza,Torre de Cali was tortally dissapointed and I will NOT recommend anybody to stay this place.
My room was premier room on 11th floor,announced as the best category of this hotel,but it was nasty old space and hot shower frequently unavailable.
