「It was the first time we stay & the staff is friendly & exceptional service. The only thing the parking is not from the hotel & we pay every 24 hour for parking service but it was cheap. Overall we had a great experience! We stayed for four nights & also the breakfast was delicious. A special thanks to the staff to make my husband birthday very memorable. 「There are numerous Sercotel properties in Colombia,last year I stayed in Bogota Plaza Summit then really satisfied with its quality.
But compared to Bogota Plaza,Torre de Cali was tortally dissapointed and I will NOT recommend anybody to stay this place.
My room was premier room on 11th floor,announced as the best category of this hotel,but it was nasty old space and hot shower frequently unavailable.
Also I was so frustrated with slow elevators,poor breakfast,and more than anything,rude...
「I always stay here because it is a safe bet for me. Owner is the best and he has a hardworking team under him. I’m not the sightseeing type or have super high expectations, to be fair. But I like that I can walk to several nice places very close, or Alameda like 20 mins away. 」

even though the guest can add the parking to the daily rate, the machine doesn't detect the room key so the driver has to wait for the parking manager to recognize your car and face to let you in or out. 」
