「Literally steps to the beach!!! Comfortable and everything you need.」

「Location, location, location. Steps to pacific Beach. property is pretty basic, but with the beach right there, what else do you need? communication was easy with owner's representative. 3 bikes was a real plus for the three of us!!」

「As the other reviews have said, it’s gorgeous, spotless, amazing views. Watched the surfers every morning and afternoon, and the downstairs access to the beach can’t be beat. The kitchen is exceedingly well stocked, new soaps/full size shampoo/bodywash. Tons of bath towels and there are about 6 beach towels too. For families: there is a high chair and pack and play, which we didn’t need bc our kid is preschool age, but I noticed in the closet. It’s not a baby-safe condo, but if the baby is small...

「For a single person or couple with laid back plans to enjoy beautiful San Diego and Mission Beach, this is a great find! Having a dedicated parking spot is so important in the area . Depending on the time of year of your stay, it was a little warm in the unit so mastering the air conditioning was key. 」

「What a wonderful stay we had at this location. The beach being about 20ft away was exactly what we were looking for and for such a great price. 「Our family of 4 stayed six days in this wonderful condo, and I cannot say enough how nice it is. The view is spectacular, the location is fantastic - right on the boardwalk, walking distance to restaurants, shopping, etc. The detail provided on everything was perfect - check in, Wifi, expectations - you name it. Response from the property company was almost immediate on the one small question/concern we had. Also, honestly one of the best "stocked" Vrbo properties we've ever stayed in....

「We had such a great stay at Adrienne's place. The apartment is easy to find, super clean and the rooftop deck was one of our favorite parts. It's less than a 5 minute walk to the bay and a 3 minute drive to Mission Beach (you could definitely walk or ride a bike if you wanted to). There is no ac but, there are multiple fans provided so between that and having the windows open, it was super comfortable. We would 100% stay here again. 」

「Prime Location. Steps away from the beach. Walking distance to great restaurants,Bars, Coffee Shops and more. Access to Chairs, Boards and Beach stuff for the guests was cool. Hot Tub was nice. House is a condo and a little on the smaller side, but was able to accommodate six guys comfortably.
