昨年夏に続いて2度目の利用です。 全体的に少し古い感じはしますが、部屋はゆったりとして外の景色も見え、落ち着いた感じがします。 赤ちゃん連れの息子夫婦と隣同士の部屋にして下さって何かと便利でした。また、赤ちゃんの泣き声もほとんど聞こえなかったので防音もいいのかな、と思いました。 トイレが温水便座であればさらに良かったと思います。

コロナウイルスの影響で外国人が少ない感じがした。料金も割安で助かった。古いホテルなので室内や、設備が今いちですが、比較的快適に過ごすことができた。値段が割安であればまた利用したい。

予約時の案内には、コーヒー／ティーメーカーとあったが、実際はスティックのお茶が2本だった。コーヒーが飲みたかったので、がっかりした。 パジャマ使用は有料でした。

この度はお世話になりました。 20年ぶりに宿泊しました。静かで落ち着いた雰囲気は変わっていなくて良かったです。フロントの方の対応も礼儀正しく、チェックイン前に荷物を預かっていただきましたが、部屋まで運んでおいてくださって助かりました。部屋も快適でしたが、ただ2つ、難を言えば①ﾄｲﾚがｳｵｰﾑﾚｯﾄが付いていない（便座ｶﾊﾞｰはありましたが）②浴衣やﾙｰﾑｳｴｱなど寝間着代わりになるものがない　ことでしょうか？どちらもあると嬉しいです。 またどこのﾎﾃﾙでも同じですが、入浴後ﾊﾞｽﾀｵﾙを掛けるものがないことです。皆さん使用したﾀｵﾙをどこに置いているのか、いつも思います。料金も安かったので、また機会がありましたら宿泊したいと思います。

建物そのものが古いので仕方ないが、バスルームの浴槽は所々剥がれているし、トイレの流れが悪かった。また、排水溝の臭いが少しした。 入り口ドアの下に隙間があり、廊下からの音特に話し声が良く聞こえて落ち着かなかった。 フロントの人はどの方も笑顔で大変良い対応をしていただきました。

地下鉄駅から近く、京都御苑にも近いため、とてもよい場所にあると思いました。ホテルの建物は時代を感じさせますが、清潔感があるので問題なく使えます。Wi-Fiも各部屋に用意されていますし、シャワーも水圧が高く快適です。カミソリはフロントから持っていく仕組みなので、取り忘れると少々めんどくさいです。自転車は有料で貸していただけます。6時間500円、12時間800円、延長1時間に付き100円だったはず。また京都に行くことがあれば利用したいです。

京都迎賓館の早朝ツアーに参加するため、至近距離にあるホテルに限定してこちらを選択しました。昔からあるホテルですので設備の古さは否めませんが、この価格で提供されうる最低限のサービスは満たしており、十分清潔です。冷蔵庫に備え付けの飲み物がない分チェックアウトもカギを返すだけでよくスムーズです。ルームキーが金属鍵のため1部屋あたり1つしかいただけません（近頃カードキーが主流なのですこし驚きました）が、フロントが24時間対応しており問題ありませんでした。

賑やかな観光地から少し離れ、でも不便な場所ではない、御所や歴史ある教会も近くとても良いロケーションです。ホテル内のレストランも手ごろな価格で、年寄りや赤ちゃん連れにはもってこいでした。予約時に赤ちゃん連れを伝えると、はしっこの周りに気兼ねない部屋を用意してくれました。 私の携帯に問題があったかもしれませんが、WIFIが繋がったり切れたりしたのは困りました。 機会があればまた利用したいです。

・古いので仕方がないのでしょうが、お風呂場の蛇口から最初黒い水が出てきたり、短い髪の毛が落ちていたりしました。 ・セミダブルなのに枕が１つだけ。２つあったらよかったです。 ・チェックインが夜遅くなると連絡した時の対応や、荷物を送る際の対応はとても感じが良かったです！ ・部屋の窓から京都御苑の緑が見えて起きた時気持ちよかったです。

スタッフの対応は説明も丁寧でとても良かった。 ただ、空調が建屋全体の管理で冷房に切り替えできなかったのが残念。あと、水道の作りが悪く、流してると下からジョボジョボ音が鳴ってたのも気分が悪かった。
