"We loved this hotel! Staff were so kind and helpful, room and linen were memorable and the rooftop onsen was amazing."

"Nice place to stay. "

"The onsen baths were the highlights of this hotel. The outdoor baths had spectacular views, and there was a great variety of baths inside."

"Nice, spacious and clean room. Courteous staff."

"Breakfast was great. The room was clean, although the toilet was a bit small. The car park was quite small for a hotel of this size, and parking was an extra charge. Overall, this was one of the better hotels we stayed at in Kushiro."

"The onsen tub in the room was deceptively small for the images presented but the view was nice. This is a Dormy inn hotel."

"Very old hotel like 1970s but well maintained."

"Decent hotel with a lot of places to eat nearby"

"Very clean rooms and staff were very helpful and friendly. "

"Nice room, breakfast was excellent."

"Overall good stay. "

"Nice hotel and good breakfast and soup in the evening "

"Very helpful staff and great breakfast!"

"Excellent property with outstanding amenities. Perfect service from all the staff."

"It’s a great place and reasonably priced. Especially as you get a breakfast. Nice staff and helpful. "

"Its location is very good. Clean room and nice breakfast!"

"the size of the room is small. I have a 2-bed room and there is not enough space for the luggage. quite outside the hotel. There are 1-2 restaurant near the hotel. 3-4 minutes walk to JR station"
