"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The air conditioner was not working well, making the room extremely hot throughout the night, even with the windows open. To cope, I had to tilt the air purifier to point at me just to cool down a bit.
On the positive side, the water pressure in the shower was generally good, making for a decent short shower. However, the WiFi was incredibly slow and almost unusable, which was quite frustrating.

"I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. It is in a good location, just a few minutes walk from the Fisherman's Wharf and is very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing - you choose from one of four choices each day. The beef is truly wonderful. You also get access to a small lounge by the front desk which provides free water and juice all day. There is also the option of free soup and/or curry in the evenings should you want it. Staff are lovely too."
"The hotel parking was difficult to find, ended up parking in a city lot that cost a bit extra. It’s located on a busy road, so it lacks a proper arrival area. It’s close to restaurants and the main area of Kushiro. I thought the room was comfortable and the free breakfast decent."

"What an amazing stay with great food and onsen. The room is spacious and beds are very comfortable, clean and soft. The onsen is with high quality water, a bit busy and clean and therapeutical. It has 2 massage chairs and with gorgeous 13th floor roof-top views. The staff are always trying the provide best possible service to us. We can feel the difference when we are staying at Dormy Inn.
