Other Things to Note:
• Losing the parking card incurs a fine.
• 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭: Depending on the platform through which you made your booking, City Tax and Security Deposit may be charged separately. In accordance with Swiss regulations, guests are also required to complete a registration form.
• Guests may occasionally notice a small insect or spider inside, which is a normal part of the environment.
• As part of local regulations, all guests except minors must complete an ID check and document collection via a self-check-in link. This is mandatory for property access.

Interaction with Guests:
It is a self check-in and we make it as easy as possible for you to get into the apartment. You will get all relevant information a few days before your checkin and you can contact me any time via Airbnb during daytime until the evening :-) Please note that we have a guest form to be filled out, the same way as you have it in hotels too. This can be done easily upfront on the PC. As this apartment is in a residential area with neighbors, quiet times are needed after 10 PM at night (room level noise after that time). Therefore we have a noise alert device installed that notifies the host in case it should get too loud.
