Wonderful service.

This hotel was amazing. It was very clean. More than that the service we received was exemplary. We hadn’t booked parking as we thought it would be available. The staff made extra effort to find parking with their sister hotel. Even did valet service for us by, as we found out at checkout, the GM Marc himself! What a wonderful hotel! I would recommend to any family members traveling to Switzerland.

The A/C wasn’t working, and it was very uncomfortable to sleep at night. We went to Pfistern for dinner, but they said they didn’t have any reservation for us, even though the hotel had assured us they called. Anyway, overall it was just an okay experience. The staff was friendly, though.

Property and room was beautiful. We had wanted to extend our stay and had to make second booking for a different room. The general manager, Martin, noted this and reached out and managed to arrange for us combine both bookings and stay in the same room for both days. This made it a lot more convenient as we didn't have to deal with two different bookings on each day. Love the attention to detail by the staff.

Ein wunderbares Hotel, wenn man auf Design steht. Genial. Einzig vom Frühstück war ich enttäuscht, das einem 5* Haus nicht würdig war. Doch das neue Restaurant HATO entschädigte dieses Manko des Aufenthalt vollends.

The hotels is a very nice hotel in prime location. However, I have to state both positive and negative aspects. Positives: Great location Friendly staff Room with a design. Negatives: Small room size. No place to sit in the room except the bed and one chair. Very dark room. Airplane bathroom. No lobby except the desk of the reception. The hallways between rooms are less than 1 meter wide which makes them very unpleasant place to walk.

Excellent helpful and friendly staff

The staff gave us suggestions for places to tour while in the area. Then unexpectedly, my wife had a medical emergency and was admitted to the hospital. The staff assisted me with taxi transportation, and because my reservation ended, and there were no more rooms available, they arranged for me to move to a lovely nearby hotel, moving my luggage for me. Amid all of this they did not forget to inquire about how my wife was feeling and they also gave me a much-needed umbrella late at night.

Déplorable nous avons dû quitter l'hotel

Hôtel complètement sur évalué, jamais il mérite 5 étoiles, la suite n'est pas une suite tellement petite, pas de rideaux aux fenêtres, stores défectueux impossible de fermer la vue directe depuis la rue. Nous avons été obligés de demander un remboursement total de la la réservation et avons trouver dans l'urgence un autre hôtel. Le design est pas mal, mais le niveau de propreté totalement négligé. Les communs sont pas du tout à la hauteur d'un hôtel 5 étoiles, ça ressemble à un 3 étoile et encore. Bref nous espérons que la direction de l'établissement saura prendre les mesures nécessaires.

Excelente hotel ! Design moderno, acomodações confortáveis e funcionários muito cordiais e disponíveis . A localização é um benefício a parte , fizemos tudo a pé , mas o hotel nos entregou um voucher para utilização do serviço de ônibus .
