The hotel was okay, big rooms but the carpet was old and the bathrooms need improvement. The location was tough to get to. It could have been better if the hotel provided shuttle services for pickup and drop offs from the train station.

The staff were helpful and really listened and attended to our needs. The room was very pretty. We had a hot pot in the room so you could have tea or coffee (bring your own) in the room. View was really nice. Bed comfortable. I would stay there again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful ordering taxis for us. They made sure we had everything we needed. I told staff member the room was warm and she brought us a fan. Room was clean and had a lovely view of the lake. Very quiet also.

This boutique hotel showed all the charm of a classic Swiss manor house from its solid wood finishes to its top notch service. 10 minutes from the local train station, it was a quick cab ride to the hotel and there were lots of places to eat nearby. Clean with top notch service. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn’t want the hustle and bustle of a large hotel.
