Loved this hotel...the staff was so friendly and the property itself was beautful! The gardens and pool/beach were the perfect setting and the breakfast buffet was excellent. I really like Bophut beach....good water for swimming and on the quieter side..Fishermans Village is a short walk by beach or road and full of good shops and restaurants. Rooms are very nicely decorated and each with their own little patios...I knocked 1 star off the room as we would have preferred the bathroom area more...

We had a wonderful stay at Anavana. Every detail was perfect. Our cottage with an ocean view, was spacious and just right for 3 of us-- a couple with 20 year old son. The food was delicious, the staff was amazing, the beach was gorgeous. I highly recommend the resort and would definitely stay here again.

Every aspect of the facility and our experiences there were outstanding. The only suggestion I would make is regarding dairy housekeeping. The staff are wonderful but they are provided with a broom rather than a vacuum cleaner for cleaning. The result is some accumulation of dust etc in the corners and remote areas of the room. Understanding that speed of turnover is important, but in light of the low cost and high availability of labor, hiring additional workers and purchasing vacuum cleaners...

Check in was easy and great. They provided a welcome drink and snack. The staff was very friendly throughout the whole stay. The room was nice and clean. I really liked the room as it was kind of by itself up on the hill. Having the pool just outside the room was great and the hot tub was amazing, especially at night. The property was always being cleaned and the grounds were very clean also. Breakfast was good with the buffet, room service also made good food. Overall this was a great property...

Excellent service, excellent food and an amazing pool villa!

Tangsai bay resort is a environmentally beautiful relaxing place. We had a mountain side villa which was spacious and romantic with huge outside deck and comfortable large living room bedroom and bathroom area. Clean and comfortable beautiful view of sea. Staff couldn't have been nicer. Only criticism is that no air conditioning in any of the restaurants although the food was plentiful and tasty. Overall strongly recommend it.

Excellent hotel. Our family had a very relaxing time at this resort. Food was great, staff were super friendly, and the views were amazing. I definitely plan on coming back to this property.

We spent a week in the Sala Samui. Everything was great! Our villa with a pool was fantastic. The friendly service, the breakfast, and the pools/beach were wonderful too.

Nice hotel , but !!! Kitchen was surprise for me,!! I got one of the best lamb shank i had in my life, Taste was so balanced , perfect . Thanks!!

Loved everything about this place! They exceeded all of our expectations. The most pleasant staff, outstanding facilities and services, gorgeous rooms. The small private beach is wonderful for amazing sunsets with lounge chairs placed on rocks and delicious cocktails. It's a very quite and romantic place, we didn't want to leave it. We were recommended to stay in this hotel after our friends stayed there for their honeymoon. All i can say is - WOW!! The hotel staff were *REALLY* nice and friendly, and by that I mean you could feel like you're at home with friends or family. We were mainly in contact with Rebecca, Salsa and Jenny. Upgraded our room because the other one was under repair. Managed to crash a motor bike and break my arm - the staff and owner couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. Wonderful views as well as caring staff. Would highly recommend.

Friendly, excellent staff, especially the staff at the restaurant. Great location right on the beach. Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Only one complaint... try as I might, I was never able to get the shower to run warm... kept changing from scorching hot to cool and back. Maybe just my room? Otherwise, this was an excellent resort. Would definitely stay here again if I get back to Ko Samui.

Tha Hansar Samui was a true delight. The staff was exceedingly helpful and friendly. They even created a gluten free muffin and bread breakfast item for me, as I'm a celiac, on-demand. This was not something they'd served previously. The hotel was so great, we extended our stay 3 extra nights. All we had to do to book a tour was walk to the front desk or call and say what we wanted to do. They arranged the time and pick up to activity sites. Had a nice stay in this quiet place. Close to some clubs if action is needed. Good food, though the service was a little slow. Room had some problems but the staff was friendly and helpful.

Great, nice, independent Resort. Staff is really friendly. Familiar Atmosphere. Quiet but not too far away from city, definitely need a scooter/car if staying there. For those seeking some quiet time and relaxing. We had a great time and can fully recommend this Resort.

Very nice breakfast! The pool doesn’t get much sun, but that’s why you have the beach!! Our room was nice, they provided a beach bag and clean beach towels daily. We were very happy!

We are amazed our stay in Buri Rasa. Location is a piece of heaven and they even making it a better experience with their style,comfort and services. One of the best places we have ever had a chance to stay!
