The experience was unforgettable: The way the rooms were built in the mountains adapting and respecting nature. The views from the hotel of the ocean and sky was breathtaking. We were recommended to stay in this hotel after our friends stayed there for their honeymoon. All i can say is - WOW!! The hotel staff were *REALLY* nice and friendly, and by that I mean you could feel like you're at home with friends or family. We were mainly in contact with Rebecca, Salsa and Jenny. We were met on arrival with a cool drink and an ice-cold towel. The front desk staff were efficient and friendly. The restaurant staff served us with a smile, enthusiasm and great care. The hotel is basically brand new, the beach is lovely but the highlight of our stay had to be the staff. They are true hospitality professionals.

This resort is perfect for a nice getaway vacation with your loved ones. Two pools with an accessible small beach, rooms are nice and resort is very romantic. Not so much to do nearby, so research what you want to do and how you would get there before you book a hotel on the island.

We booked the hotel because of the good reviews. We were not disappointed on the contrary. Couldn’t be any better. I am traveling a lot so I know hotels. Very friendly staff asking for further help or assistance and giving it happily. The hotel is very clean, quiet and the food in the restaurants are very delicious.

Was excellent overall

The property is excellent, it's welcoming, comfortable and scrupulously clean. The staff are wonderful too. The food and beverage prices, like all resorts, are a little high, but not outrageously so and walking out of the resort turn left or right and there is a good range of local and international food, all within 15 minutes walk - I would rate this as a great place to base yourself near Fisherman's village. The pool is a good size, the bar is right there and the beach is so close it's almost...

I went there with my mom...the location in on a mountain overlooking the sea. Very enjoyable if you want to relax. There is no that much crazy stuffs going on, no entertainment.so not good for party people! Lovers, family trip or simply want a nice retreat..this place is for you..Food is very good! The Staff will make it happen! Outstanding and nice staff

Hotel is great, if you are looking to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city parts. If you are wanting to just relax on the beach then this is the hotel for you.

the staff was so service minded, very nice and helpful, our room was gorgeous, brand new, and comfortable. the hotel was very quiet and peaceful, breakfast buffet was nice and interesting. you have to cross the street to go to the beach, and that's the only bad thing i have to say about this lovely hotel.

Hotel was very clean. Wifi never gives any trouble. Always connected and it's so fast. The staff was amazing. All of them. Reception, housekeeping, restaurant, hotel beach bar...etc. Immediate action if you report something in the room. They come and fix it in few minutes. Was very comfort overall. I extended my stay as I was enjoying the experience. Not overly busy as still in the low season (early December) so nice & quiet around the pool area. Allocated a standard room with pool & sea view 3rd floor which was a bonus. No noise from other rooms. Clean rooms & a great shower! The Ibis has a small but well equipped gym & not overly busy. I paid for the breakfast once - a decent buffet (250 baht) with a chef who cooks your eggs to your request but I liked the walk to the independent...
