Location was perfect for walking to local restaurants and tourist attractions. Always a red truck or taxis available. Close to airport. Valarie the building manager was very helpful with all your travel questions and needs. Valarie helped us with restaurants, taxis and scooter rental. She made it so easy. Thank you. "

"The apartment is spacious and well equipped with a personal touch. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms have good storeage place. The balcony is ovelooking the pool area and a lovely garden. the apartment was very clean. we paid a resonable price for cleaning and changing of sheeds and towels during our stay. we spent 30 days at the apartment and would recommend it for rental. The closest beach is not the best and for moving around you will need to rent transportation."

"The apartment was in run down area. A first they tried to make us pay 5bath per kw for hydro…However the owner was there on the last day to straighten that issue out. Took almost a week to get a water cooler. Had to recycle our water bottles in the fridge constantly to have cold drinking water. The AC barely worked as the gas needed recharging… Asked the staff to fix it but nothing was actually done to fix the AC… Room was uncomfortably hot all the time…."

"Loved our stay at BEA! Great space to spend 5 nights in Samui, the apartment size is amazing value for money! Big fridge, big bathroom, king bed was so comfortable and pool was great. Walking distance to main streets of Lamai but away from any noise at night. Would definitely stay again, thank you!"

"The property was listed as a 1 bedroom,it was a studio.Just about everything in it from the bedding to the kitchen is worn and needs to be replaced.It needs a good cleaning.It was only me so I did not complain.I was staying on the island for 10 days and only booked here for 3 in case it was not as advertised,and found another place.In my opinion it is a 2.5 star out of 5 in western standards. The good parts were the view,location,quiet and the manager was great.She arranged airport...

"Aufgeräumtes und schönes Appartment in 1 Stock. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Wir liebten es!!! Grundreinigung vorhanden, allerdings teilweise Flecken und Dreck auf Möbeln, bes. Küche. Auch Geschirr/Bestack verfleckt. Boden nicht sauber, so dass Socken schwarz. Wir putzten selbst nach, ließen auch Putzfrauen nochmal kommen. Küche 3 Platten Gasherd, 1 Platte Elektroherd. Klimaanlage in allen 3 Zimmern vorhanden, die wir aber nur nachts benötigten,...

"Le seul point négatif est l'emplacement de la résidence en coline, et la pente de la route qui y mène est trop raide, mais en louant un scooter (200 baht/j soit un peu plus de 5€/j) on s'en sort très bien. L'appartement est magnifique, avec une vue magnifique et le soir on entend les petits bruits des petites bêtes : grenouille, ... dépaysement total. Il ne lui manque qu'un lave-linge."

"Initial impression not good in need of some maintenance. Room appeared to be clean, but house keeping only cleans the obvious don't look under the bed. Large room comfortable firm bed. Balcony nice once floor had been cleaned. AC worked well, shower but no shower stall, plenty of hot water. It served it's purpose. Should I return I would look for other venue. Fair price."

"Da das Quartier garnicht für uns gebucht wurde, fanden wir bei der ankunft keine wohnmöglichkeit. Diw Adresse stimmte nicht Telefon war in Frankreich .der verwalter zeigte uns das er garnicht mit Fewo arbeitet. Nur dank das der verwalter uns ein anderes Quartier besorgte u uns dort hin gefahren hat, konnten wir aof Koh Samui Urlaub machen.Näheres folgt u unsere fast 6000,00 euro verlangen wir zurück.gruss wolfgang Crackow"
