"We spent our vacation at this villa for our first trip to Thailand. We loved the villa, the images are just as good as the real thing. I particularly liked the peacefulness of the location (in a cul de sac). We did have a bit of an ordeal with one of our children locking themselves in the bottom bedroom, however after a phone call to the manager all was sorted in a reasonable time. "Second time I have stayed in these units. Everything worked fine and there were no issues until February 20th when a day long rain storm resulted in water entering the main floor through a ceiling pot light and water running down the interior wall behind the wall mounted tv set. Staff were quickly on hand to clean up the water on the floor and the counter. The unit was clean and comfortable and the cleaning girls were amazing as was the young man who helped get the main level tv working and...

"The Villa is beautiful and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. If you can find a taxi that will drive up the driveway, keep their number lol. We did not have water the entire first day and struggled to get in contact to have it fixed. The electricity is brutally expensive. 5 nights was the equivalent electricity cost i spend in my house in 3 months.
