"What a beautiful hotel . Centrally located and walking distance of everything you need . Right on the ocean with 2 very nice pools , although not as large as other hotels I have stayed in . The monkey pool is like a winding river. The rooms are huge and clean . The tv selection is large with Netflix and Amazon . The breakfast buffet is wonderful. The beach is beautiful . What a great hotel . If you are coming from Phuket or Bangkok ( not just the airports) change money there . The exchange rate is lower in Samui by about 4%. "

"From check-in to check-out our stay was very enjoyable. All the staff were welcoming. All requests were handled with care and efficiency. I needed some ice for a sore knee and it was brought to my room very quickly. Most of the rooms are strategically built that you get a pool and beach view. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed plus some extra amenities if needed, like dental kits. Breakfast had many healthy choices and staff again was wonderful! Lucy was a delight! We would stay again in a heartbeat! "

"We stayed at Briza villa 801 with swimming pool from 28 February to 5 March. The same villa we had last time we were here on Koh Samui. Nice location with its own pool and sea view. But unfortunately we note that the place is falling apart with poor maintenance, missing tiles and missing grout in the pool. So the entire hotel should be renovated to get the standard that the place deserves. The breakfast is unfortunately at the same poor level as last time when it comes to the selection of spreads and the lack of refrigeration of all the dishes with different products that were on display."

"A really nice hotel, a little bit away from the hustle and bustle but that suites me. Lovely beach and pool areas. Restaurants were good quality but the food and drinks prices were crazy once you add in the tax and service. Maybe a bit of entertainment in the evenings is something the hotel is missing. Gym was not air conditioned rendering it unusable. All the staff were lovely and well trained. Overall great experience."
