「Die Villa war fantastisch! Alles war sehr sauber, die Kommunikation EIN TRAUM! Alle waren sehr hilfsbereit. Die Kaution kann ggfs. auch in Euro hinterlegt werden. Ein Golfwagen fährt einen bis zur Straße,damit man sich über Grab ein Taxi bestellen kann. Aber die Unterkunft ist auch bei allem behilflich, eine WhatsApp reicht ☺️ DANKE FÜR ALLES! Es war wunderschön auf Koh Samui」

「The staff was great in accommodating our requests and also very polite and nice, but maybe this is the Thai style. They helped with organizing a day trip to see main points on the island, which was excellent . The pool was a bit green when we arrived and we had to tell them to clean it and add chlorine. The furniture in the room though, needs some maintenance. The foor to the pool was not closing well and Geico was coming in the room.」

The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful, and we appreciate their service. Unfortunately, several issues made our stay disappointing. The access to the villa is extremely difficult. There is a very steep uphill walk that is almost unbearable, especially with luggage or children. There is no accessibility, taxis cannot reach the upper area, and...
