The ants in the kitchen and outside 2. The sunbeds are outside without mattresses (we asked and were told that there are no mattresses) And in general, a villa that hosts 4-6 guests must have a respectable outdoor seating area and not just 2 sunbeds."

"Our initial impression was are we in the right villa as the Google maps site in not where the property is. However we found it to be a better location to the fisherman's village. The villa is very new. Building development is going on adjacent but we did not feel it was avproblem. Everything was good , the whole family enjoyed our stay."

"Our stay at Ban's was overall good, but with some inconvieniences. Starting with what we liked, the location was the best. Right in the middle of everything and walking distance for most things. We easily got around on foot and moped. The staff was helpful as well, and we appreciated the on-site convienece stores. The grounds were very pretty too. Breakfast was lovely, with a view of the beach as well. The things we disliked were the walls being very thin. Like extremely. We stayed far from the reception area, which meant quieter nights, but we could still hear our neighbors. Second, the pool was green. Like very green - the whole week. We tried to swim the first day but it didn't feel safe. The bathroom also had a bad sewage-y odor, and the water gor everywhere when showering. Not terrible, we kept the door closed for the smell, but unpleasant to be in there. Last, there were ants in the room and a few bugs. It's hard to control when in a tropical enviroment, but not very pleasant. Overall, a good stay but a few improvements would have made it great."
